Paragraph 3 should read:

“Proponents must be members in good standing of the Associazione Italiana della Viola (if Italian or from a country in which there is no viola society affiliated with the IVS) or of any section of IVS for the submitting year 2015 and, if their proposal is accepted, for the congress year 2016 as well.”
